1. How Long Can I get the feedback after we sent the inquiry?
-We will reply you within 12 hours in working day.
2.What is our policy for samples? Will the samples be charged?
--Any samples with value less than USD5.00, can be offered to customers free of charge upon request, but the courier cost for sample delivery has to be afforded by the customers.
-We encourage customers to use their own collect account (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc.) for the sample delivery, and we can also use GIEE Garden's prepaid account for the delivery, but the cost has to be charged to the customers.
-Any samples with value exceeding USD5.00, have to be charged to the customers.
-The samples will only be sent until the due payment is received.
-Samples' fees will be returned after place order

3.What is our policy for molding cost? Will the molding cost be refundable?
-Molding cost always occur for OEM-purpose production.
-Any molding cost less than USD2,000 will have to be paid 100% before any molding is to be made.
-Any molding cost more than USD2,000 is preferable to being made 100% in advance, but it is still acceptable to be made partially, 50% in advance before molding made, and 50% upon sample approval but prior to mass production.
-The molding cost will be refundable in case the sample fails in the final approval due to our responsibility.
-It is also possible to get the molding cost refunded if the mass orders for the related product are in huge volumes and exceed the quantity level as agreed in our contracts.
4.What is your policy of the payment term?
-TT,30% deposit, 70% against copy of BL
-L/C at sight
5.How long will be the lead time for the orders to us?
-Normally the lead time for our orders is 45-60 days, depending on the order quantity and our production schedule.
-Normally the lead time is calculated from the date of receiving the L/C or advanced payment as agreed in contract.
-Some rush orders might be fulfilled within 30 days or even shorter time, until we finally approve.
6.Do you have minimum order requirement?
-Yes, the minimum order value has to be USD2,000.
-Any order with less than USD2,000 will be only acceptable after negotiation.
-Sample order is exception.
-As for the minimum quantity for each product, please contact with us for further information.
7.Can you offer any certificate for saving our customs tax?
-Yes, we can offer CO, FORM E, FORM A, FTA and FORMF.

8.What to be qualified as VIP customer for GIEE Garden? And what kind of Speical service we are providing to our VIP customers?

-Customers conforming to the below conditions will be qualified as VIP customer for GIEE Garden:
Customer has been built business relationship with GIEE Garden for over three years;
Customer's annual purchase from GIEE Garden is no less than USD1,000,000;
Customer's orders are continuous and stable.
-GIEE Garden will have special team only working for VIP customers. Each VIP customer will have a specified team working only for them, from order approval to production following, from delivery arrangement to documents submitting, and all the coordination with supplier chain and shipping forwarder.
-VIP customers will be notified of any new product launching at the first time.
-VIP customers will have the priority to negotiate on exclusive sales for some products from GIEE Garden.
